EVELEIGH JACK Thank You Mary and Family wish to thank the local services of the NHS who cared for Jack over the past months. In particular, Dr Carr, Ricky Grant Unit and Turner Ward at Torbay, Sister Nicola at Brixham Hospital and Sue from Rowcroft for their help and advice. Also thanks to the paramedics and patient transport. Our gratitude to all the Staff at Hill House Nursing Home for their care and dedication to Jack and his family. Thank you also to friends who were able to attend the funeral, sent messages of support and donations to Children?s Hospice Southwest. Finally our thanks to the Rev Alan Brooksbank for conducting the Service and T & I Stockman Funeral Directors for their professional and sympathetic assistance in the Arrangements.
